How we work

Shipping discipline is the product.

Running software in a hospital or an airport terminal — live, in public, with no quiet window to fix things in — is the hard part, and it is what the company is built around.

Discovery before requirements

BA-led · 80/20

Our business analysts begin with the venue's commercial problem — where revenue leaks, where journeys break, what success would actually look like — before a single feature is written down. Eighty per cent of a first conversation is your building, not our demo.

  • A walk of the building, not a slide deck
  • Floor plans, visitor journeys and commercial structure reviewed
  • A written view of what we would digitise first, and why

Building for the second deployment

Multi-tenant · Configurable · API-first

Every feature is designed to work in the next venue as well as this one. It is why a new building takes weeks of configuration rather than months of rebuilding — and why improvements made for one venue reach every venue.

  • One platform, configured per venue
  • Content, zones and branding as settings
  • A documented API behind every surface

Testing whole journeys, not features

End-to-end QA

We do not sign off features in isolation. Complete visitor journeys, content accuracy, permissions and unattended kiosk behaviour are all verified end to end before anything reaches a live floor.

  • Kerb-to-destination journeys tested as a visitor would walk them
  • Content accuracy checked against the floor
  • Kiosk recovery and lockdown tested unattended

Deployment and go-live

Mapping · Calibration · Kiosk siting · Training

Our own team maps the venue, calibrates positioning against the venue's Wi-Fi, sites and installs kiosks, deploys QR touchpoints and trains the venue team before the doors open on day one.

  • Zone and POI modelling
  • Positioning calibration on existing Wi-Fi
  • Venue team trained to run content and campaigns

Life after go-live

Monitoring · Releases · Support · Venue success

Monitoring, releases and support are part of the product, not a separate contract. The team that built your deployment is the team that still answers for it a year later — with regular reporting on what the deployment is producing.

  • Continuous monitoring of every live venue
  • Regular releases across the platform
  • Monthly reporting and module expansion

The deployment path

Five stages, from floor plan to operating venue.

The same path for every venue type. Stages one to four happen once; stage five runs for as long as the deployment does.

  1. 01

    Assessment

Floor plans, visitor journeys and commercial structure reviewed; we come back with what we would digitise first.

  2. 02

    Digitisation & calibration

Mapping, zone and POI modelling, positioning calibration against the venue's Wi-Fi.

  3. 03

    Configuration & content

Tenant directory, offers, events, branding, kiosk siting.

  4. 04

    Go live

Kiosks installed, QR deployed, venue team trained.

  5. 05

    Operate & grow

Merchant onboarding, campaign operations, monthly reporting, module expansion.

Tell us about your venue.

Send us your floor plan and your three biggest operational frustrations. We will come back with an assessment: what we would digitise first, which journeys we would fix, and where the revenue is most likely hiding.
