Careers
Build products, not deliverables.
Product and engineering roles in Pune, on software that runs in public — and a team that still answers for it after go-live.
Why here
The work is the reason.
Your own product
You work on a product with a roadmap, not on someone else’s project that ends at handover.
Real deployments
What you ship runs in airports, malls and exhibition centres — in front of thousands of people a day.
Physical-world problems
Positioning, kiosks, integrations and crowds: engineering problems you cannot solve from a slide.
How we work
Shipping discipline is the product.
Business analysts start with the venue's problem. Engineers build for the second deployment. QA tests whole journeys. And everyone is still there after go-live.

Life at Delta
A product team in Viman Nagar, Pune.
Product, business analysis, backend, mobile, web, QA and DevOps sit together and ship together. Releases are planned in the open, and the people who build a feature are the ones who see it working on a venue floor.
