The physical world is the last large commercial environment still running without software. A mall knows its footfall but not which visitor walked past a tenant. An airport knows its passenger count but not which journeys generate the service calls. We build the products that close that gap — and then we run them, because software that is deployed and unsupported is the same as software that was never built.

Delta Digitech started as an IT company building software for clients. Project after project, the same problem kept appearing: large physical venues — malls, terminals, exhibition halls — were running some of the most complex operations in the country on signage, spreadsheets and staff goodwill.

We decided that problem was worth owning rather than quoting for. That decision made us a product company. The partnership with Situm and our first mall deployments in Pune are where the thesis was proved — and Paathner, our first product, is what came out of it.

What we're building next

Paathner is our first product, not our last. We are actively scoping our next product line in venue technology — built on the same platform, for the same kind of building.
