What we do

We build products, not project deliverables.

Most software built in India for physical venues is built once, for one client, and handed over. It works until the person who commissioned it leaves. We build the other kind: products with a roadmap, regular releases and a support commitment behind them.

We own the whole chain — discovery, platform architecture, mobile, web and kiosk engineering, integration, deployment and the support that follows. We do not sub-contract the part that matters and we do not disappear at go-live.

Our thesis

The physical world is the last large commercial environment still running without software.

A mall knows its footfall — but not which visitor walked past a tenant.

An airport knows its passenger count — but not which journeys generate the service calls.

We build the products that close that gap — and then we run them.

Our product

The digital operating system for large venues.

It maps the building, guides every visitor across kiosk, web and mobile, lets the venue reach them at the moment they can act, and reports on what all of it earned.

How we work

Shipping discipline
is the product.

Anyone can demo software. Running it in an airport terminal — live, in public, in front of people who did not choose to be testing anything — is the harder problem. It is the one we built the company around.

A curved building roof against a bright sky with clouds

Our operating model

A venue cannot be taken offline while we work.

There is no quiet window, no staging environment that resembles ten thousand people on a Saturday. So we build for that condition rather than around it.

We start with the business, not the brief

Our business analysts begin with the venue's commercial problem — where revenue leaks, where journeys break, what success would actually look like — before a single feature is written down. Eighty per cent of a first conversation is their building, not our demo.

Built for the second deployment

Every feature is designed to work in the next venue as well as this one: multi-tenant, configurable, API-first. It is why a new building takes weeks of configuration rather than months of rebuilding.

Tested as whole journeys

We do not sign off features in isolation. Complete visitor journeys, content accuracy, permissions and unattended kiosk behaviour are all verified end to end before anything reaches a live floor.

We are still there afterwards

Monitoring, releases and support are part of the product. The team that built your deployment is the team that still answers for it a year later.

Technology & partnerships

We build where value compounds. We integrate where the best already exists.

Indoor positioning is a solved problem for anyone willing to partner properly. So we license sub-3-metre positioning from Situm and spend our own engineering on the layer that makes a venue money.

How we engage

The engagement does not end at go-live.

We start in your building with your commercial problem, deploy and configure it ourselves, and stay on it — monitoring, releasing, supporting — for as long as it is running.

  1. 01

    Assess

We walk the building, review floor plans, visitor journeys and commercial structure, and come back with what we would digitise first and which journeys we would fix.

  2. 02

    Deploy

Mapping and positioning calibration, kiosk siting and installation, integration into the systems you already run, and training for your team.

  3. 03

    Operate

Monitoring, releases, content and campaign support, and regular reporting on what the deployment is producing.

Tell us about your venue.

Send us your floor plan and your three biggest operational frustrations. We will come back with an assessment: what we would digitise first, which journeys we would fix, and where the revenue is most likely hiding.
